Ortiva Wireless Adds $2 Million VC Debt

La Jolla, California  --  Mobile content delivery company Ortiva Wireless has received $2 million in new venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Ortiva provides a suite of mobile network operator solutions through its content delivery network to improve delivery of multimedia to mobile users.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Ortiva is still seeking $150,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
