Picitup Launches iOnRoad Augmented Driving Application

Las Vegas, Nevada -- Computer vision company Picitup has announced the commercial availability of a visual radar application.

Called iOnRoad, the application is being launched on the Android platform and utilizes the smartphone's native cameras and sensors to detect vehicles in front of the vehicle.

One of the features of the application is that it can be used in background mode, allowing their users to take phone calls or utilize the navigation application at the same time.
