Serious Energy Acquires Agilewaves For Undisclosed Sum

Menlo Park, California -- Sustainable building materials company Serious Energy has acquired Agilewaves, according to a company statement.

Agilewaves has created a software application that assists enterprises in monitoring and optimizing their building resource consumption.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed by the parties.

Serious Energy said that it would integrate the engineering and advanced capabilities of the software into its web-based energy efficiency platform.
