Power Assure Adds Strategic Investor

   Santa Clara, California  --  Software technology company Power Assure has received $1 million in additional series B investment from a strategic investor.

Power Assure provides business automation software that helps enterprise and government data centers reduce energy use and carbon emissions.





Dominion Technology Ventures, an affiliate of Dominion Resources, made the investment.

The investment will be combined with other series B financing to expand the company's sales and marketing efforts as well as continued engineering initiatives.
