Enphase Energy Raises New Venture Capital Financing

   Petaluma, California  --  Solar energy technology company Enphase Energy has raised $7.8 million in new venture capital debt and equity, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Enphase has developed innovative microinverter systems that it says increases the energy harvest of solar panels by up to 25%.




Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Enphase is still seeking an additional $60 million in financing, according to the filing.
