ALung Garners New Venture Capital Financing

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania  --  Medical device technology company ALung Technologies has raised $6.6 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

ALung is developing gas exchange devices for the treatment of acute and chronic respiratory disorders.




Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

ALung is still seeking an additional $3.4 million in venture financing, according to the filing.
