New York, New York  --  Financial services technology company Celoxica has announced the launch of its solution for pre-trade risk surveillance.

Called AIR, the system is a hardware-accelerated in-line risk management solution that adds minimal latency for full compliance with the SEC's Market Access Rule 15c3-5.

The rule, which is commonly referred to as the "Naked Access" band, requires US brokers to exert free-trade risk management and credit checks on all client orders.

The company says that its solution ensures lowest possible latency on pre-trade risk checks via the use of embedded co-processor in the client's application server.
