Sabre And Polycom Partner On Videoconferencing System

   Southlake, Texas  --  The Sabre Travel Network has partnered with videoconferencing technology company Polycom (NASDAQ: PLCM) to create what it calls the world's first global reservation system for videoconferencing.

When the system is completed, Sabre Virtual Meetings will allow users to locate, reserve and connect public and corporate-owned videoconferencing rooms in high definition.

The system also promises to be open to a variety of telecom and videoconferencing providers and be accessible through travel and third party distribution channels.
