Pneuron Scores New Venture Capital Investment

   Nashua, New Hampshire  --  Software technology company Pneuron has garnered $1.25 million in new venture capital financing.

Pneuron has created a software solution for enterprises that it says "executes and interacts across distributed networks and subnetworks" to enable a variety of organizational efficiencies.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

This is the first SEC filing for the company and included options, warrants or other rights to acquire other securities. Pneuron is still seeking $750,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
