BuyerCurious Launches Real Estate Negotiation App

   Excelsior, Minnesota  --  Internet technology company BuyerCurious has announced the launch of its residential real estate negotiation service in the five states of Connecticut, Kentucky, Minnesota, New Mexico and Wisconsin.

The system enables home buyers and sellers to negotiate purchase offers online. Once the parties reach agreement on key terms, they are provided with their own private online deal room.

The service is available at $59.99 per offer for buyers.  Both parties pay $300 each if a final agreement in principle is reached.
