OwnCloud Raises Venture Capital Investment

   Lexington, Massachusetts  --  Cloud services company ownCloud has garnered $821,000 in new investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

OwnCloud has created a platform that enables users to view and synchronize their contacts, calendars and bookmarks across all devices.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

OwnCloud is still seeking an additional $429,000 in financing according to the filing.
