Blip Banks $6 Million Venture Capital Investment

New York, New York  --  Video technology company Blip.tv has secured $6 million in new venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Blip.tv has created an online service that makes it easy for individuals and small groups of people to create and publish their own videos.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Blip.tv is still seeking an additional $5.1 million in financing, according to the filing.
