Instagram Announces $7 Million VC Funding

   San Francisco, California  --  Mobile photo sharing company Instagram has closed a new round of venture capital investment at $7 million.

Instagram allows users to easily enhance the quality of their of photos and share them with friends.

Benchmark Capital led the round, which also included previous investor Baseline Ventures and other angel investors.
