Identity Forge Collects $1 Million VC Funding

   Atlanta, Georgia  --  Security technology company Identity Forge has garnered $1 million in new venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Identity Forge provides identity and access management services for a variety of mainframe, midrange and legacy systems.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed and the company did not say how it would use the funding proceeds.
