ShowClix Sees Second Venture Capital Investment

   Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania  --  Internet company ShowClix has landed $1.65 million in its second round of institutional venture capital funding.

ShowClix provides an online music event search engine and ticketing e-commerce service.

Swallow Point Ventures led the round, which included other investors.

The company said it would invest the financing proceeds in its sales, marketing and product development initiatives.
