Daintree Networks Adds $4 Million Venture Capital Debt

Mountain View, California  --  Wireless company Daintree Networks has secured $4 million in new venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Daintree has developed technologies that enable commercial buildings to utilize wireless control solutions.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
