Comcast Launches Xfinity TV App On Android

   Philadelphia, Pennsylvania  --  Comcast Corp. (NASDAQ: CMCSA) has announced the launch of its Xfinity TV app on the Google Android platform.

Originally launched on the Apple iOS platform in November, 2010, the application has already been downloaded 1.3 million times.

Users can use the application to browse video content, program their DVRs to record TV shows and will soon be able to watch video content on their Android enabled devices.
