Finance Veteran Predicts Major Wave Of Tech Deals

   Los Angeles, California  --  M&A dealmaker Kevin Covert announced the launch of a new investment bank to provide M&A and financing services to the Internet, media and technology companies.

Called Covert & Co., the firm seeks to take advantage of what the founder refers to as a major wave of technology M&A and financing in the immediate future.

Covert reasons that technology company buyers are flush with cash and are looking to tap into the stable of private companies that are at expansion or later stages.
