Gemvara Finds $15 Million Venture Capital Round

   Lexington, Massachusetts  --  Internet retailer Gemvara has raised $15 million in its third round of institutional venture capital investment.

Gemvara operates a website that sells jewelry.

Balderton Capital led the round, which also included previous investors Highland Capital Partners and Canaan Partners.

The company said it would use the funds to build algorithms that help users find the jewelry that they like.
