InsideView Catches $12 Million Third Venture Round

   San Francisco, California  --  Software company InsideView has secured $12 million in its third round of institutional venture capital investment.

InsideView says that it has created a new "class of sales performance technology called Opportunity Intelligence."

Foundation Capital led the round, which also included previous investors Emergence Capital Partners, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Greenhouse Capital Partners.

The company said it would use the funding proceeds to expand its distribution partnerships and market education efforts.
