LocaModa Adds Venture Capital Investment

   Cambridge, Massachusetts  --  Social software company LocaModa has secured $1.5 million in new venture capital debt and equity, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

LocaModa connects digital networks with social media and mobile messaging to enhance location-focused services.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

According to the filing, LocaModa is still seeking $100,000 in additional financing.
