Astute Networks Adds $3 Million Venture Capital

   San Diego, California  --  Networking company Astute Networks has secured $3.2 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Astute says that it "designs and markets intelligent silicon-based protocol acceleration technologies to OEM partners worldwide."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed. The company is seeking an additional $300,000 financing, according to the filing.
