Conatus Pharma Finalizes Second VC Round

   San Diego, California  --  Conatus Pharmaceuticals has raised $7.5 million to close its second round of institutional venture capital financing at $32.5 million.

Conatus is developing the science of apoptosis and pan caspase inhibitors.

MPM made the investment, which will enable the company to move ahead with its Phase 2b clinical trials.
