CoDa Therapeutics Starts Second VC Round

San Diego, California  --  Pharmaceutical technology company CoDa Therapeutics has secured the first tranche of its second round of venture capital financing, receiving $19.2 million.

CoDa is developing wound care therapeutics based on gap junction modulation.

Domain Associates, GBS Venture Partners and others made the investment.

The company said it would use the funding to conduct a large Phase 2 multicenter venous leg ulcer trial in the United States and other regions.
