Customer Experience Professionals Association Launches

Wakefield, Massachusetts  --  The Customer Experience Professionals Association has announced its launch and is aimed at those who "develop, manage, optimize and envision how organizations interact with their customers."

The CXPA aims to provide members with education, research and networking opportunities.

It was founded by Bruce Temkin and Jeanne Bliss, two longtime participants in the customer experience field. The group says it has already signed several leading companies as founding corporate members or sponsors.
