PreEmptive Extends Microsoft Runtime Intelligence

   Cleveland, Ohio  --  Software developer PreEmptive Solutions has announced that it will extend free access to its Runtime Intelligence application for Windows Phone.

The developer kit, which was launched in November 2010, allows developers to build applications that respond to user preferences, optimize feature split between free, trial and paid versions and track ad placement effectiveness.

The company said there is no set expiration date for the extension and developers will be given at least 60 days prior notice before any changes.
