inStream Media Collects New VC Investment

   Newton, Massachusetts  --  Media company inStream Media has secured approximately $1.4 million in new venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

inStream has created a marketing solution that enables brands to deliver targeted messages through its out of home social network.

Investors the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

inStream is still seeking an additional $871,000 in financing according to the filing.
