Metamarkets Closes $6 Million VC Funding

   San Francisco, California  --  Advertising IT company Metamarkets has received $6 million in early-stage venture capital investment, according to the blog All Things Digital.

Metamarkets tracks advertising click-throughs to provide price and activity predictive analytics to large-scale media companies.

IA Ventures led the round, which included Village Ventures, True Ventures and other investors.

The company said it would use the financing to hire more engineers.
