Bloom Studio Receives Venture Capital Financing

   San Francisco, California  --  Data visualization company Bloom Studio has received an undisclosed amount in its first round of institutional venture capital investment.

Bloom says that it is creating new visual discovery "experiences" for a new generation of tablet computers, media consoles and modern browsers.

O'Reilly AlphaTech led the round, which also included LaunchCapital. The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
