m-Wise And Vringo Opt For Strategic Cooperation

   New York, New York  --  Mobile video software company Vringo (NYSE Amex: VRNG) and m-Wise (OTCBB: MWIS) have terminated their previous agreement for m-Wise to be acquired by Vringo.

Instead, the two companies have chosen to enter into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement whereby the they will each make introductions and referrals to the products and services of the other party and receive compensation therefrom.

Vringo will continue to use m-Wise's backend server technology in conjunction with its video applications. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
