Act-On Software Sees $10 Million VC Investment

   Beaverton, Oregon  --  Communication software company Act-On Software has received $10 million in new venture capital investment, according to a company statement.

Act-On says that it provides a next-generation communication and collaboration service that utilizes company e-mail to create a prospect and customer interaction service.

Trinity Ventures made the investment, which the company said would be used to build out its sales and marketing teams.
