Socialwise Receives $7 Million Venture Capital Funding

San Diego, California  --  Ecommerce technology company Socialwise (OTCBB: SCLW) has garnered $7 million a new round of investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Socialwise has developed an online payment solution for young people, called BillMyParents.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
