SoftLayer Launches Image Sharing For Public Clouds

   Dallas, Texas  --  IT company SoftLayer Technologies has announced the launch of a repository for public images.

Included as part of its CloudLayer Computing offering, the system allows customers to save private image templates and publish them for all users.

Images can be searched for by either template name or publisher name and can be purchased on an hourly or monthly billing basis.
