Acquia Clears $15 Million Fourth VC Funding

   Woburn, Massachusetts  --  Software technology company  Acquia has secured $15 million in its series D round of institutional venture capital investment.

Acquia provides value added software and services for the open source Drupal Web collaboration and publishing application.

Investors in the round included Tenaya Capital, North Bridge Venture Partners and Sigma Partners.

The company said it would use the new financing for international expansion and marketing.
