AirWalk Adds $3 Million Venture Capital Debt

Richardson, Texas  --  Wireless networking company AirWalk Communications has secured $3 million in new venture capital debt investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

AirWalk sells voice and data platforms for the CDMA wireless standard to address hotspots, blind spots and in-building/campus networks.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed. AirWalk is still seeking $900,000 in additional venture capital debt financing, according to the filing.
