WhiteHat Security Nets $8 Million VC Funding

   Santa Clara, California  --  Security technology company WhiteHat Security has landed $8 million in growth venture capital investment, according to a company statement.

WhiteHat provides turn-key Web application security services for website consumer data and other applications.

Investor Growth Capital made the investment, which the company said would be used to fuel its growth initiatives.
