Interactions Lands $12 Million VC Investment

   Franklin, Massachusetts  --  Software company Interactions has garnered $12 million in new venture capital investment from previous investors.

Interactions has created what it calls a "unique solution to the call center market" that lowers support costs and improves customer experience.

Sigma Partners led the round, which included Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, North Hill Ventures and Updata Partners.

The company said it would use the financing to expand its marketing efforts and product development.
