Guggenheim VP Spins Out As Alara Capital

New York, New York  --  Guggenheim Venture Partners has spun into a new venture capital and private equity firm called Alara Capital.

All Guggenheim Venture Partners team members have moved over to the new entity, which will be led by managing directors Eric Rothfus and Mike Burns.

The new firm will continue to manage Guggenheim Technology Ventures I, a $65 million technology fund. Future funds will be created independently of Guggenheim.
