Lucid Commerce Collects $8 Million Series C

Seattle, Washington  --  IT company Lucid Commerce has garnered $8 million in its third round of venture capital investment.

Lucid provides direct marketing companies "on-demand business intelligence" to help optimize their operations.

Rho Ventures led the round, which included StarVest Partners, OVP Venture Partners and Greycroft Partners. The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
