SolarReserve Raises $15 Million Venture Capital Debt

   Santa Monica, California  --  Solar power company SolarReserve has secured $15 million out of a $30 million venture capital debt financing round, according to an SEC filing.

SolarReserve develops solar power technologies licensed and commercialized from United Technologies with assistance from US Renewables Group providing the financing resources.

Investors in this financing were not specifically disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
