Cagenix Takes New Venture Capital Investment

   Memphis, Tennessee  --  Medical device company Cagenix has received $2.3 million in new venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Cagenix has created an implant framework that forms a substructure for multiple implant-based prosthesis.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed. The company is still seeking an additional $300,000 according to the filing.
