BonitaSoft Sees $11 Million Second VC Funding

   San Francisco, California  --  Open source software company BonitaSoft has secured $11 million in its second round of institutional venture capital financing.

BonitaSoft has developed Business Process Management software for use by all types of organizations.

Investors in the round included Ventech, Auriga Partners and others.

The company said it would use the funding proceeds to accelerate its product development and support international expansion.
