ARCHOS Launches G9 Android System Tablets

  Denver, Colorado  --  Electronics company ARCHOS has announced the upcoming commercial availability of its G9 tablet computers.

Featuring an 8" screen, the computer will be the first dual-core, Android Honeycomb 3.2 tablet under $300, according to a company statement.

A "Turbo" version of the tablet will utilize a 1.5 GHz OMAP 4 dual-core processor and will start at $399. The units will be available for presale starting September 20, 2011.
