Covestor Collects $4 Million VC Financing

   New York, New York  --  Financial information service Covestor has raised $4 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Covestor operates a service that enables financial traders to share their decisions, gain recognition and earn fees by helping others.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
