Intelleflex Adds $9 Million To First VC Round

   Santa Clara, California  --  RFID technology company Intelleflex has added an additional $9 million to its series A round of institutional investment.

Intelleflex has developed RFID tracking technologies for the produce and perishables, pharmaceuticals and industrial tracking markets.

Investors in the round included Third Point, Arcapita Ventures and New Venture Partners.

The company said it would use the investment to fund its growth initiatives.
