PatientKeeper Secures Venture Capital Debt

   Waltham, Massachusetts  --  Healthcare IT company PatientKeeper has garnered $1.5 million in new venture capital debt, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

PatientKeeper has developed clinical healthcare software that is designed to "support a physician through the entire day."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

PatientKeeper is still seeking an additional $1.5 million in financing, according to the filing.
