Digital Chocolate Nabs $5 Million Venture Capital Debt

   San Mateo, California  --  Casual game developer Digital Chocolate has closed on a $5 million venture capital debt facility.

Digital creates casual games for a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Apple iPhone, tablets and the desktop PC.

NXT Capital is providing the debt financing.

The company said it would use the facility for its "growth plans."
