Nitronex Receives Venture Capital Debt Funding

Durham, North Carolina  --  Wireless equipment manufacturer Nitronex has raised $500,000 in new venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Nitronex sells advanced RF power transistors for use in wireless communications networks.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Nitronex is still seeking $946,000 in additional venture capital debt, according to the filing.
