Biotech Showcase 2012 Touts Successful Conference

   Carlsbad, California  --  The Biotech Showcase 2012, held January 7 - 9 in San Francisco, was a success according to the conference organizers.

The showcase provided presentations from more than 240 public and private life science companies and saw more than 1,300 registrants engage in more than 2,000 one-on-one meetings with companies.

Presenting companies ranged in development stage from post A-round to pre-IPO firms, and included micro-cap and mid-cap public companies.

The event also featured workshops, plenary sessions and a "state of the industry" briefing on the topic of regenerative medicine.
