uKnow Secures Venture Capital Debt

   Arlington, Virginia  --  Internet technology company uKnow.com has landed $275,000 in venture capital debt, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

uKnow.com operates an online website and service that helps parents keep their kids safe online.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

uKnow.com is still seeking $225,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
